AE was using a ladder to complete a changeover task on the extruder. AE lost his balance and fell off the ladder. AE reported no significant injury refused first aid and returned to work. Supervisor and WTL advised AE to take it easy and report if their condition changes. AE was told that if further medical attention was needed they had to pick up a medical packet from security or the site nurse.
