On [REDACTED] EE was clearing out a loader jam at the cartoner. When closing cartoner door the door made contact with the top of head of the EE. EE began to feel lightheaded and dizzy. Supervisor was contacted. E squad member examined EE and notified EE to see the nurse at the end of shift.
