Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at 1115 Maintenance [REDACTED] was cutting an angle iron to separate the weld between the angle irons. As [REDACTED] got close to the end of the weld EE2 went to bend the end of the angle iron to assist in break it loose. As [REDACTED] cut through the weld EE2 lost balance and jolted forward striking their index middle and ring fingers between the floor and the angle iron. EE was referred out by the OHN to get x rays.
