Employee was cleaning the [REDACTED] we use to fertilize chemicals into the vineyards.

When he was done cleaning the top area of the equipment he was going to climb down however the area was wet and slippery he slipped landed on his butt. Felt slight pain but the pain didn 't become serious until [REDACTED] at that point we took him to get medical care.

The injury was pain in his lower back and knee from slipping and landing on his butt.

The action of slipping and the ground he landed on caused the injury.
