Before the incident
WM Driver 1 driving from right side dumped recycle container into the truck. Driver 1 got out the truck to retrieve the container from the truck while in between arm and truck. WM driver 2 on the left side of the truck stated he did not see Driver 1 getting container out of truck and went to pull arm back to travel position. When doing so the arm of the truck made contact with Driver 1 right leg (behind knee making him fall backwards on the ground causing a bruised calf.
