The Driver was servicing the customer as the operator inside his vehicle and then he dismounted using three points of contact. He was putting boxes in an empty container to continue servicing the excess recycling the customer had left them.
What happened
Driver went to grab the bottom of the box with his right hand and held the far top end of the box with his left hand. When the driver was in the process of lifting the box up to be serviced he stated he felt a tear and let go of the box.
