Before the incident
Driver exited the truck to move the cart away from a fixed object and before he got back into the truck he bent down to adjust his sock inside his boot.
What happened
Driver bent down to adjust his sock and as he stood up he struck the top of his head on the truck door which resulted in a cut that was bleeding as well as dizziness. Driver was taken to the clinic for further examination.
