Driver was servicing carts this address was a Handicap Address driver had to get out of truck and go down the side of the house to the backyard to grab cart. When the driver grabbed the green waste cart a possum jumped out and hissed at him from the other cart. It scared the driver and when he stepped back he lost his balance and twisted his left leg.

EE was servicing a back yard stop and while getting the Green Waste cart a possum jumped out of the recycling cart and it made the EE turned and tweaked their left ankle.
