[REDACTED] was attaching parking lot signage to light poles in the parking garage.

Associate was standing on the forks of a forklift to attach signage to a light pole. A second associate began to operate the forklift while injured associate was still standing to transport him to the next location. Operator of forklift struck the base of the light pole sending the injured associate flying off the forks of the forklift and striking the pavement.
