What happened
walking behind the charging bank area to un-plug their forklift. Upon returning to the front side of the forklift they needed to step over the charging cord of a different forklift. They inadvertently caught their other foot on the charging cord of the forklift next to theirs. The employee then lost their balance falling to the ground causing a head injury.
