What happened
The EE was on the trailer bed guiding a forklift operator. While retrieving the material the forklift operator advanced the forks too far in and they caught a stack of bundles that was directly behind the bundles he was retrieving. When the forklift operator raised the forks the stack of bundles that were caught on the tip of the forks fell towards the EE causing him to fall off the trailer.
