Before the incident
Replacing a pressure relief valve on a tank
What happened
Teammate was replacing the pressure relief valve for tank CTH01. Teammate had drained the line yesterday and assumed the line was still drained today but didn 't verify. On removing the sanitary clamp on the bypass side the remaining material in the line sprayed out. It sprayed onto the teammate contacting their face torso and legs. It also spilled onto the floor and surrounding area.
