Before the incident
Driver was trying to pull and lift a 4-yard container out of an enclosure. The enclosure was just slightly bigger than the container so he could not get around to push it out. As he tugged he felt a strain in his back. He felt pain but still continued on without stopping or reporting. It was until [REDACTED] stops later that the pain had increased so much that it was unbearable. This is the point he decided to stop and report it to OM.

EE was trying to lift a 4-yard container over a threshold inside an enclosure. Without much room on either side the driver attempted to pull the container out and strained his back.
