Before the incident
[REDACTED] was pushing dumpster from enclosure to front of truck when he felt strain in left knee. Toes were pointed forward and left foot was extended back. [REDACTED] felt a strain and pain just below left knee. Although he felt pain he continued through the activity and finished the job. He then continued through the day while feeling the pain. As he continued the pain graduated to become unbearable. Toward the end of the day he was in a lot of pain and his leg began to tighten up.
