THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT SEE THAT THERE WAS A NEEDLE ON THE BED THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE CLUTTER AND WHEN SHE GRASPED IT IN HER HAND SHE FELT PAIN AND REALIZED WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THE NEEDLE WAS COVERED IN A RUBBER MATERIAL.
