What happened
Employee was working at her scope station and started to not feel well. She is a known diabetic and went to the lunchroom to have a candy bar. She started to act erratically. A member of our safety team was going on to assess her awareness. She was able to communicate that she ate a candy bar and was drinking juice but still struggled to finish the questions so [REDACTED] was called to ensure the employee was safe. As the paramedics were on their way [REDACTED] started feeling and acting normal. When the paramedics were on site they tested her glucose level which was normal and she was released to go back to work. She was monitored the remainder of the day.
