EE was operating wetside block machine when he noticed he ran out of mix. And he discovered that the mix in the flying bucket lock up on him He decided to move the flying bucket to the cleaning station where he could attempt to loosen and dump it out. He went upstairs and with the tools he had stared on the flying bucket using a sledgehammer. swing the sledgehammer full force this when he noticed blood on his hand went downstairs to stop the bleeding & dress the wound with help from [REDACTED] not feeling much pain proceed to go back to work. His left-hand index finger was injured.
