The driver was at the truck which was parked in front of [REDACTED]. At the end of the day around [REDACTED] all the walkers had returned and left their handcarts on thestreet behind the truck in the loading area. The driver was loading thehandcarts into the back of the truck by putting them on the liftgate andraising them up onto the truck. The drive was bringing the last cart to thelift-gate and the cart appeared to be locked but as he was walking withit the cart opened and fell onto his left hand cutting his left thumb
