What happened
employee noticed that the patient was slipping out of her wheelchair. she pulled the patient back into her wheelchair so that she was not in danger of slipping. after stabilizing the patient the employee was able to get a couple of other employees to get the patient properly sat in the wheelchair and then transferred back into bed.

back pain in her mid-left back. she states that it feels like a sore muscle but did not feel a pop or spasm. she says later she started to feel pain in the lower left back SI joint area.
