What happened
Employee was working alone in the rear loading dock are at Vanity Fair moving rack of screw jacks with a pallet jack. [REDACTED] was moving the pallet of screws jacks and was moving backwards and didn 't notice the operator of a boom lift had moved into his area and didn’t have a spotter. By the time the employee saw the boom and thought he was about to get squashed he used his boot to act as a brake against the pallet jack before he got pinned against a ballast block as [REDACTED] applied a brake to the pallet jack it caused the handle to spin sharply wrenching his right hand injuring his right wrist.
