Employee was loading a 96 x 48 pallet of [REDACTED] shield onto the shuttle truck form [REDACTED] to [REDACTED]. The pallet jack was stuck under the pallet. After loading when trying to get the pallet jack out from under the pallet the drive wheel got stuck and forced the handle to twist hard to the right direction causing the employee to hurt her back.
