What happened

Our TAM ([REDACTED]) was outside with the warehouse employee. [REDACTED] had stepped up in the back of his truck to remove some boxes that were sitting in the back. There were two pallets stacked on top of each other and [REDACTED] had stepped on the top pallet. When he went to step backwards the top pallet teetered a little which caused him to step backwards of the pallet. When he went to step backwards off the pallet he was too far back and missed the tailgate. As he was falling off the back of the truck he reached out with hi s are to catch himself before hitting the ground. (The warehouse employee saw him in the back of the truck but had left with the forklift to get the plywood to load in the back of the truck). [REDACTED] said as he hit the ground he felt immediate pain. He called his wife to come get him and take him somewhere while the warehouse employee came to get me immediately. [REDACTED] stated that he could not move his arm and felt as if it was broken possibly in two pla
