On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was putting away and restocking ladders that were delivered to the warehouse. [REDACTED] was putting the ladders up and leaning them against the wall. About halfway through the inventory he went to step and felt discomfort and a shooting pain in his right foot. [REDACTED] asked for assistance from another warehouse employee to assist with finishing the task and then [REDACTED] went to lunch soon after. [REDACTED] finished out his workday and then he went home for the evening. [REDACTED] reports to work at [REDACTED] each day and when he came to the branch he attempted to complete his normal morning tasks but was in discomfort and hurting. [REDACTED] reported the injury to Ops manager [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] today [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] spoke with [REDACTED] about the incident and how he was feeling.
