He states that the injury happened at work last [REDACTED]. He said that he was picking up an 80-pound bad of concrete that had moved on a pallet and when he lifted it move it back on the pallet the pallet board under his foot broke and he took a misstep and he felt a twinge in his back.

At the end of the day on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] told me that his back felt something tweek when the pallet he stepped on broke while moving concrete bags . He told me that it was probably nothing but wanted to give me a heads up. He didn 't report it when it happened so i don 't know the time or location. He seemed fine the next day ([REDACTED]) so i considered it resolved. He mentioned that he was sore after a busy day on [REDACTED] but I don 't recall him saying anything about his back. He seemed fine on the countless interactions we had throughout the week (we speak at least 8 times a day). I do recall him complaining about being tired and how busy his route was a few times [REDACTED].
