[REDACTED] [REDACTED] was walking down the [REDACTED] warehouse ramp as the drivers do every day to get into his truck and at some point fell. [REDACTED] believed he rolled his ankle as it was in pain and he was limping when he got up. He also scraped his arm and knees as well. Due to the limp he would not be able to continue today and we sent him to the urgent to get evaluated
