Phlebotomist [REDACTED] went to grab noon labs for PT 65594944 4 in [REDACTED] After the butterfly needle was inserted Nurse [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was giving medication to the patient before the phlebotomist had finished her draw The patient turned towards the nurse and her arm moved which made the needle pop out of her arm The phlebotomist tried to make sure the needle didnt catch on the patient and her finger got stuck by accidentPhlebotomist will call Employee Health to inform them and another phlebotomist will grab the exposure lab blood work while we wait for orders Not specified
