Called into a room wear their was a patient on the floor sitting infront of a wheelchair It was explained to me by the nurse that the patient can stand but lost her footing and was lowered to the floor That she needed help with the gait belt and the patients assistance to help her up and to the wheelchair After four employees and the wheelchair smart ride employee the patient was finally in the wheelchair so she could be discharged via smart ride sometime between [REDACTED] Not specified
