What happened
Passenger approached the ticket counter with his partner to check in for his flight. Upon interaction a CSA observed signs of possible intoxication and contacted Lead employee for assessing passenger. After assessment the Lead employee made the decision to deny the passenger boarding for sings of possible intoxication. Following this the passenger began displaying aggressive behavior including loud verbal outbursts and using profane language directed at Lead employee and other CSAs. Passenger was asked to leave the area but his behavior escalated further becoming increasingly irate and confrontational. Metro police were contacted. Passenger then pushed and punched the employee in the face before he fled the scene. Passenger was later arrested by Metro.
