What happened
Employee walked to the bench to put some items into the bag she was carrying. When she took a step backwards and as she was heading toward the departure gate she felt something snap in her calf when she stepped down. It was an instant sharp pain. It hurt to bare weight on the right leg. The area of pain is at the bottom of the calf muscle.
