What happened
Forklift operated by another Maintenance employee tipped the 20 ton trim press over when trying to move a operator platform and lifted up on the bottom front edge of the press. Employee on top of trim press was thrown out of protective railing area when trim press tipped over and landed on a conveyor causing the employee to land on the concrete floor.
