EE turned right onto [REDACTED] stopped at Road closed to thru traffic sign to allow oncoming drivers to pass intending to go around the sign and turn on [REDACTED] just past the sign and while I was waiting the driver was behind me at the same inersection and looked left bu t not right and accelerated from the stop sign into the rear of the van. EE not seeking medical at this time. Stated he has little back ache. Will file to [REDACTED] for report only at this time.On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] rec 'd text that [REDACTED] will be going to doctor today feeling effects of the accident. Submitted this info to Travelers via email to now include medical.
