Team member was cutting plastic ceiling tile and knife blade would not retract. Team member had just removed gloves to get into cart drawer for screwdriver.
What happened
Blade on utility knife would not retract. Team member opened cart drawer to get a screwdriver to fix the utility knife and thought something fell. Knee jerk reaction to try and catch falling item caused team member to pull open knife across hand
