Staff member was in the room next to the launch room with a sped student and 2 other staff members. The student went to lash out at the staff member and another staff member stepped in between them and accidentally backed up and stepped on her right foot toes. She originally did not have much pain maybe due to the shoes she was wearing. When she got home and took her shoes off she noticed that all of her toes were swollen on her right foot and painful. She took Ibuprofen elevated foot and iced
