What happened
A 2x8 approximately 16 ' long that was used to fill in the depression at the perimeter of the building fell to the level 1 south terrace where the injured employee was cutting rebar for the perimeter curb. He was bent over cutting the rebar with the 2x8 struck him on the back and knocked him to the ground.
