Before the incident
EE was positioning his ramp by the freezer door due to the steps at the freezer not being in working order. The holes drilled at the freezer did not line up with the ramp so EE was only ble to get one peg in hole.
What happened
EE dropped down a box of french fries the ramp peg jumped out of the hole causing the ramp to fall to the ground along with the employee causing him to his head.
