What happened
[REDACTED] while servicing a bushing a piece of glass entered left hand close to the base of the thumb associate removed the glass and let coach know that the glass was removed and his thumb felt a little numb but he was ok to return back to work. Not until [REDACTED] did [REDACTED] let the coach know that his thumb was still hurting tingling loss of grip strength pain goes to thumb index finger and up to elbow. [REDACTED] he had surgery which caused him to miss work on [REDACTED] due to being on pain medication.
