Associates were closing the car door spinning the lock handle handle spins clock wise counter clock wise and the handle got hard to turn and stopped turning associate grabbed the pipe extension to apply more leverage to the handle When the handle unjammed suddenly causing associate to lose their balance falling in to the rail pit landing on their right side knocking the wind out of them the other coworker helping them at the time placed a ladder in the pit to assist them out of the pit
