What happened
When employee was covering skided coil a burst of wind came across the trailer when the employee had the tarp extended out. The tarp caught the wind and caused the employee to lose their balance and fall onto the deck of the flatbed trailer. Employee 's neck and back of his head struck the trailer. After the fall employee had discomfort in the head neck and top right shoulder.
