[REDACTED] was walking back from cutting the seal off of an over the road trailer door when her foot was caught on the lip of the concrete which caused the fall to the ground [REDACTED] fingers on the left hand were bent back and also got a gash on the index finger roughly an inch wide [REDACTED] head also hit the pavement causing a golf ball size lump to the left temple area
