What happened
While transporting prisoners the vehicle was stopped due to altercation among the prisoners. [REDACTED] added leg restraints to one of the prisoners and after securing his legs prisoner head-butted Sgt witch hit the bridge of his nose causing it to bleed and feel pain. He also was wearing sunglasses which broke when he was assaulted and the glasses caused bruising and redness to his right eyebrow area.
