EXPEDITOR WAS UNLOADING A BMC AND THE SAFETY PIN WAS SHOWING THAT IT WASNT ENGAGED. IT HAD A LEATHER STRAP WRAPPED AROUND IT WHEN SHE GOT TO THE DOCK PLATE THE SAFETY PIN CAUGHT THE DOCK PLATE WHICH JERKED HER TO A SUDDEN STOP PULLING SOMETHING HER BACK.
