What happened
EE found it to be behind another fixture and between a rack and building. Rather than using his forklift to move the fixture blocking his way and then use it to pull out the one he was after he had another material handler help him attempt to drag it out by hand. EE tripped over the fixture in front falling and the fixture he was pulling fell onto him primarily on his right hip
