EE was standing in between pallets in a trailer. He was pulling a warming blanket forward over the pallets while a deflated airbag was at his feet. As he was moving forward out of the pallets his right foot caught tangled with the airbag on the floor and he tripped landing on his right wrist on the forks of his forklift.
