Before the incident
Employee was leading a youth group in an activity at a community center.
What happened
During activity with Awakenings program youth employee bent down to pick up a flipped coin a youth standing next him quickly leaned down to pick up the coin and rapidly stood up. Resulting in employee being head butted on the bridge of my nose and forehead. Employee was immediately dazed to the point he felt like passing out so employee leaned up against the wall and nose began bleeding. Employee clotted bloody nose with tissue and used ice pack for his head.
