Upon arriving at the lobby GSA [REDACTED] was sitting back office and MOD [REDACTED] was next to him and providing him a glass of juice. PBX [REDACTED] dialed [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] and EMT [REDACTED] [REDACTED] arrived at the property at [REDACTED] and vitals were checked and everything came normal and EMT left at [REDACTED]. HR [REDACTED] called Uber and GSA [REDACTED] left home at [REDACTED].
