At about [REDACTED] hours Ms. [REDACTED] reported to the security office and informed me that she slipped in front of the cafeteria [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] hours but did not feel anything then but [REDACTED] she started feeling pain on her leg. She informed her manager who instructed her to report to security. Upon interrogation she confirmed that she is still able to work till the end of her shift. Therefore no medical aid was provided or requested.
