What happened
At about 1000hrs employee [REDACTED] reported an injury. Mr [REDACTED] claimed as he was cleaning the vent in the bathroom of [REDACTED] he stepped his right leg on the toilet and on the left leg onto the wooden shelf below the sink. The shelf then collapsed after applying his weight causing a small cut to the left leg (shin). Mr [REDACTED] was able to continue his shift after applying a bandaid to the affected area. Pictures were taken after of the affected leg and of the shelf.
