Before the incident
Colleague was working on [REDACTED] and setting up for a CIP (Clean in place). When attaching the piping in the sieve room the colleague was having trouble getting the piping to align with the connections. When trying to adjust the piping it slipped back and struck him in the mouth causing a chipped tooth and busted lip. The colleague then continued hooking up the CIP and starting the program before reporting.
