What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] HK [REDACTED] stated to me that (FLSD [REDACTED]) he was injured while trying to open the door for guest (Room 631). Mr. [REDACTED] stated that he tried to help the guest to open the door because the latch was stuck and she unable to open the door. Mr. [REDACTED] was helping to open the latch and she mistakenly closed the door and door slammed his finger. FLSD [REDACTED] offered her EMT and medical help but he declined and continued his shift.
