Walking to the Kitchen to run food

At about [REDACTED] HR [REDACTED] reported to security [REDACTED] of an incident involving bar associate [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] stated that on [REDACTED] between [REDACTED] he suffered an injury. Mr. [REDACTED] claimed as he walked down stair D towards the cellar level he lost his footing about 2 steps to the floor level causing him to fall while landing most of his body weight onto his right ankle as it twists. He also claimed to not feel any effect at the time of the incident but the following days the injury was more visible as it was swollen with pain. Mr. [REDACTED] did not seek any medical attention but administered ice pack on his own. The injured area was stated to be the area of a previous injury sustained.
